ski resort staff – park team
Usually snowparks are build by rough layout plans and lots of eye-balling. This isn’t leading to high efficiency and consistent results very often. We share all our know-how with you, so you will be able to build perfect jumps just by using detailed plan dimensions and measuring tools.
Beside the craftsmanship a good work environment for the park team is key. Small self-reliant teams, full say in the design, full support by the ski resort and fair wages will lead to success. This is what we campaign for!
Sometimes a season can get quite long and the weather a mess. But consistent quality needs your full commitment day by day. That’s why a passion for shaping, endurance, capacity for teamwork and a good sense of responsibility are crucial.
